Jazba Child Safety Standards

• Any content or behaviour involving the sexual abuse or exploitation of a child is prohibited. Accounts involved are removed permanently, and we report it to the authorities.
• Adults may not use Jazba to contact, approach, or arrange to meet a child outside of organised team and event activity run by their team or organizer.
• Images of players under 18 are used only for their team, event, and match features, and are never used in paid advertising without the consent of a parent or guardian.

• Community Board: users under 18 can browse, but cannot post, respond, or contact anyone. Their age comes from a verified date of birth where available, otherwise a date of birth declared once, which cannot be changed later without contacting support.
• Youth teams:posts looking for young players are made by the team's adult manager, show only an age group, and are answered by parents or guardians, never by the child.
• No contact with children:the WhatsApp button on Board posts is shown only to signed-in adults, and only connects them to the adult who posted (a manager, organizer, or adult player). A child's phone number is never shared through the Board.
• No location search for children:the location or distance of a user under 18 is never shown to others and never used to find them. Location is approximate (about 1 km), needs the user's permission, and is read when they tap "Use my location" or refreshed at most once every 30 days while the app is open.
• No free text: Board posts are built from fixed choices (position, team size, date, city), so they cannot carry messages or links.
• Age-restricted events: organizers check age documents, which are visible only to Jazba admins, the organizer of that event, and the player or their manager.

• Every Board post has a menu to report the post or block the user. Every report is sent to our team for review, and a post is closed automatically after several reports.
• Blocking hides the other person's posts and stops contact through the Board in both directions.
• To report a child safety concern directly, email jazbapp@gmail.com with the subject "Child safety". These reports are reviewed first.
• If a child is in immediate danger, contact the police (15) or the Child Protection helpline (1121) first.

• We review child safety reports as a priority and remove violating content.
• We suspend or permanently remove accounts that break these standards.
• We keep records of Board contacts until the account is deleted so we can investigate abuse, and we share information with law enforcement, including the FIA Cyber Crime Wing, when the law requires it or a child is at risk.
• We comply with applicable child safety laws in Pakistan and the policies of the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
