Agreement to Our Legal Terms
Welcome to Jazba("Jazba Sports"), operated by Jazba ("Company," "we," "us," "our").
We operate the website jazbaapp.com, the Jazba mobile application, the admin dashboard, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Jazba. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

1. Our Services
Jazba is a sports management platform designed for organizing and managing football/soccer activities in Pakistan. Our Services include:
- Player profile creation and management
- Team creation, management, and member recruitment
- Fixture scheduling and match organization
- Challenge system for team-vs-team matches
- Event and tournament management
- Draw generation (knockout, round-robin, league formats)
- Match result recording and statistics
The Services are provided "as is" and are intended for use within Pakistan. We do not guarantee the Services will be available in all regions or at all times.
2. User Accounts and Registration
Eligibility:
- You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
Account Security:
- You must use a secure password meeting our minimum requirements
- You must not share your account credentials with others
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
Email Verification:
Accounts created with email/password require email verification via OTP. Unverified accounts have limited functionality. Google Sign-In accounts are automatically verified.
3. User Roles and Permissions
Our platform has three user roles with different permissions:
User:
- Create and manage personal player profile
- Join teams and participate in events
- View public profiles, teams, fixtures, and events
- Send and receive team join requests
Organizer:
- All user permissions, plus:
- Create and manage teams (as team owner)
- Create and manage fixtures
- Create and manage events/tournaments
- Manage team rosters and approve join requests
- Generate draws and record match results
Organizer Responsibilities:
By applying for and accepting the organizer role, you agree to the following responsibilities:
- Create and manage football events fairly, accurately, and transparently
- Provide correct and up-to-date event details, including event name, format, venue, city, dates, timings, entry settings, and fee information
- Set up event formats (Knockout, Round Robin, League) correctly and maintain valid draw/bracket/fixture structures
- Manage team registrations fairly, without favoritism or abuse
- Ensure that any custom draw, bracket, or grouping is based on actual participating teams and is not misleading, manipulated, or unfair
- Schedule fixtures correctly, including match dates, times, and related event updates
- Enter match results accurately and honestly, including scores, outcomes, and stage progression
- Assign player statistics (goals, assists) accurately based on actual match performance
- Ensure any YouTube livestream links provided are valid, relevant to the event, and do not contain inappropriate or misleading content
- Respond to participant concerns, disputes, and event-related queries in a timely and professional manner
Admin:
- All organizer permissions, plus:
- View and manage all users, teams, events, and fixtures
- Block/unblock user accounts
- Block/unblock teams and events
- Delete content that violates these Terms
- Access admin dashboard and analytics
4. User-Generated Content
"User Content" includes any content you create, upload, or share on our Services, including:
- Player profiles (name, bio, position, stats)
- Team information (name, logo, description)
- Event details (name, location, schedule)
- Profile pictures and team logos
Your Rights:
You retain ownership of your User Content. By posting content on our Services, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content as part of providing the Services.
Your Responsibilities:
- You must have the right to post any content you upload
- Your content must not violate any laws or these Terms
- Your content must not infringe on others' rights
- You are solely responsible for your User Content
Content Visibility:
Most User Content is publicly visible to other platform users. Private information (email, phone) is not displayed publicly. Team owners can control team visibility settings. Admins can restrict visibility of content that violates these Terms.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
When using our Services, you agree to:
- Use the Services only for their intended purpose (sports management)
- Provide accurate information in your profile and content
- Respect other users and their content
- Follow all applicable laws and regulations
- Maintain the security of your account
- Report violations or security issues to us
6. Prohibited Activities
You may NOT:
Account Abuse:
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions
- Share account credentials or sell accounts
- Impersonate other users or entities
- Provide false information during registration
Content Violations:
- Post illegal, harmful, threatening, or harassing content
- Post discriminatory content based on race, religion, gender, etc.
- Post sexually explicit or obscene content
- Post content that infringes copyrights or trademarks
- Post spam, advertisements, or promotional content
Technical Abuse:
- Attempt to bypass security measures or access controls
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools without permission
- Attempt to overload servers or disrupt Services (DoS attacks)
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or hack our software
- Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities (report them instead)
- Circumvent rate limiting or other protective measures
Organizer Misconduct:
- Falsify match results, scores, or player statistics
- Manipulate draws, brackets, or groupings to favor certain teams
- Add fake teams or players to events
- Share misleading event information (incorrect venue, dates, fees, etc.)
- Abuse organizer privileges for personal gain or to disadvantage other users
- Refuse to address legitimate participant concerns or disputes
Data Abuse:
- Scrape or harvest user data without consent
- Use data obtained from our Services for unauthorized purposes
- Share others' personal information without permission
7. Teams, Events, and Fixtures
Team Ownership:
- Team creators are designated as team owners/organizers
- Team owners can manage roster, settings, and team visibility
- Team owners are responsible for their team's activities
- Teams can be in draft, published, or blocked status
Events and Tournaments:
- Event creators (organizers) manage event settings and participation
- Events can have different formats (knockout, round-robin, league)
- Organizers control team registration and draw generation
- Event visibility can be controlled by organizers or admins
Fixtures and Challenges:
- Fixtures can be created independently or as part of events
- Challenge system allows teams to propose matches
- Both teams must agree for a challenge to become a fixture
- Match results are recorded and affect team statistics
Organizer Obligations for Events:
- Organizers must provide accurate event details and keep them up to date throughout the event
- All draws, brackets, and fixtures must reflect actual participating teams and follow the selected format rules
- Match results and player statistics must be recorded honestly and accurately
- Organizers are responsible for the fair conduct of their events and must not engage in any form of manipulation
- Jazba reserves the right to suspend or revoke organizer access if these obligations are violated
Content Ownership:
While you own your User Content, we do not guarantee backup or recovery of data. We recommend keeping your own records of important information.
8. Moderation and Admin Rights
We reserve the right to:
- Monitor the Services for violations of these Terms
- Remove or restrict access to any content without notice
- Block user accounts, teams, or events that violate these Terms
- Modify or delete content that is illegal or harmful
- Cooperate with law enforcement when required
Blocking:
- User Blocking: Blocked users cannot log in or access their accounts. All sessions are invalidated.
- Team Blocking: Blocked teams are hidden from public view and cannot participate in new fixtures or events.
- Event Blocking: Blocked events are hidden from public view and cannot accept new registrations.
If your account or content is blocked, you may contact us to appeal the decision. We are not obligated to restore blocked content or accounts.
9. Account Suspension and Termination
We May Suspend or Terminate Your Account If:
- You violate these Terms of Service
- You engage in prohibited activities
- Your account shows suspicious or fraudulent activity
- We are required to do so by law
- We discontinue the Services
Account Lockout:
After multiple failed login attempts, your account may be temporarily locked to prevent brute-force attacks. This is a security measure, not a suspension. The lockout expires automatically after the configured duration.
You May Terminate Your Account:
You can request account deletion at any time through the delete-user page or by contacting us. Upon deletion:
- Your profile and personal data will be removed
- Your team memberships will be removed
- Content you created (teams, events) may be retained or transferred
- Historical match data may be retained anonymously for statistics
After Termination:
If your account is terminated for violations, you may not create a new account. Attempting to circumvent a ban may result in permanent blocking.
10. Intellectual Property
Our Intellectual Property:
The Services, including all software, design, logos, and content created by us, are owned by Jazba and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer our Services without permission.
Your License to Use:
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Services for their intended purpose, subject to these Terms.
Feedback:
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about our Services, you grant us the right to use them without compensation or attribution.
11. Third-Party Services
Our Services may integrate with or link to third-party services:
- Google Sign-In for authentication
- Cloud storage for images and files
- Email services for notifications
These third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices or content.
12. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
We do not warrant that:
- The Services will be uninterrupted or error-free
- The Services will meet your specific requirements
- Data will be accurate, complete, or secure
- Bugs or errors will be corrected
We are a platform for organizing sports activities. We are not responsible for injuries, disputes, or issues arising from matches or events organized through our platform.
Financial Transactions Disclaimer:
Jazba is not responsible for any financial transactions between organizers and managers, or between any users of the platform. All monetary dealings, including but not limited to entry fees, prize money, sponsorship payments, and any other payments, are solely between the involved parties. Jazba does not facilitate, process, mediate, or guarantee any financial transactions. Users engage in financial dealings at their own risk.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Jazba SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Loss of data or content
- Loss of revenue or profits
- Physical injuries during matches or events
- Disputes between users, teams, or organizers
- Financial transactions or monetary dealings between users, organizers, managers, or any other parties
- Loss of funds resulting from payments made between users for entry fees, prize money, or any other purpose
- Unauthorized access to accounts
- Service interruptions or downtime
Our total liability for any claims related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
14. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Jazba, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your User Content
- Your violation of any law or third-party rights
- Any activity under your account
15. Governing Law and Disputes
Governing Law:
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Islamabad, Pakistan.
Dispute Resolution:
Before pursuing legal action, you agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting us at jazbapp@gmail.com. We will attempt to resolve disputes within 30 days.
Class Action Waiver:
To the extent permitted by law, you waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against us.
16. Modifications to Services
We reserve the right to:
- Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services
- Add or remove features without notice
- Perform maintenance that may cause temporary unavailability
- Update these Terms at any time
We will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services.
